Returns Eligibility

1. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your Tidal Timepiece.
2. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
3. Custom-designed items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Tidal Timepiece arrives damaged due to shipping, please:

Contact us and provide clear and detailed photographs of the damaged item, including pictures of the packaging, to assist with the claims process.

Return Process

If you wish to initiate a return for any other reason:

1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide your order number including the reason for return.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
3. Ship the item to the following address at your expense:

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return and issue a refund.

• Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
• The refund amount will include the cost of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to appear on your statement.

Clothing

We are unable to accept returns for clothing items, as they are printed on demand to ensure the highest quality and minimal environmental impact. This approach allows us to maintain a low overhead, ensuring that we can offer our products at competitive prices.
